Skin: Thinner, but crunchy and taut.
Flesh: Similar to McIntosh, as it is an offspring. Pure white flesh with medium-soft crispness. Sweet with acidic, vinous flavor.
Uses: Eating, Salads, Cooking, Doesn’t brown quickly
